Terms of Use

By creating an account, browsing, selling, bidding, paying a Bid Participation Fee, or otherwise using DeadStock, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, and any policies linked from the site.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. DeadStock may update these Terms; continued use after notice of material changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You must be legally able to enter contracts in Kuwait (or your jurisdiction) and comply with local laws when buying or selling.

Auctions are time-limited offers to purchase at your bid level if you win. Participation may require a 0.990 KWD fee per auction. Bids are serious commitments; do not bid without intent and ability to complete if you win.

DeadStock records bids and results but is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller for the underlying product.

DeadStock may charge buyers a Bid Participation Fee of 0.990 KWD per auction to unlock bidding on that listing. Seller submissions are free at launch; seller commission is 0% unless announced otherwise.

All fees are shown before payment. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply where relevant and will be disclosed at checkout when applicable.

At launch, DeadStock does not hold buyer funds for the product, does not act as escrow, and does not process final payment for the item. The Bid Participation Fee is a platform fee for bidding access, not purchase price.

Product payment is made directly between winning buyer and seller by methods they agree (cash, bank transfer, etc.). DeadStock is not responsible for how parties pay each other off-platform.

After contact unlock, buyers and sellers contract directly for delivery, returns, and any warranties. DeadStock does not guarantee product authenticity beyond stated review levels, delivery times, or seller performance.

Any agreement to meet, ship, or inspect items is solely between the parties.

DeadStock may approve, reject, edit requests for, or remove listings and bids that violate policy, appear fraudulent, or risk user safety. Image and description review is operational, not a warranty of every detail.

DeadStock may restrict accounts, participation, or unlock when abuse is suspected.

The issue-reporting tool helps DeadStock review disputes after unlock. Submitting a report does not automatically refund fees or force a seller to ship. Outcomes depend on facts, policy, and admin discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Kuwait, DeadStock is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user-to-user transactions, failed delivery, payment disputes between parties, or loss of profits.

DeadStock’s total liability to you for platform-related claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid to DeadStock in that period for participation, or (b) one Kuwaiti Dinar, except where law does not allow such limitation.

DeadStock aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may delay auctions, payments, or notifications.

Auction end times and extensions are determined by platform clocks and rules displayed on the site.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service; impersonate others; circumvent fees; or use DeadStock for unlawful purposes. DeadStock may terminate or restrict access at its discretion for violations.

DeadStock may change features, fees, policies, or these Terms for launch improvements or legal reasons. Material changes will be posted on the site with an updated date. Your continued use signifies acceptance where allowed.
