Bid Participation Fee
Future optional fee — not required during launch.
Last updated: June 2026
Bidding is free during the launch period.
DeadStock may introduce participation fees in the future with prior notice.
Buyer and seller arrange final payment and delivery directly.
DeadStock may charge a Bid Participation Fee per auction listing when paid mode is enabled. The amount would be shown before you confirm payment. This policy page describes how such a fee would work; it is not active during launch.
When paid participation is enabled, you would pay once per auction to bid on that specific listing. Paying for one auction would not unlock bidding on another.
DeadStock does not sell the item to you. Any future participation fee would pay for platform bidding access only. Product payment happens between buyer and seller after contact unlock.
You can view auctions and use the watchlist without paying. During launch, bidding is also free after sign-in.
Participation checkout and payment tables remain in the platform for future use but are not linked from the normal bid flow during launch. Payment provider integration is not live until DeadStock enables and announces it.
